Goodbye, Mrs Ant (1959) – 13 minutes. This ant propaganda piece begins by explaining that "ants live in a highly developed social order," and should be admired for their intellignece. Quickly the film changes its tone and begins to explore ant control and extermination methods, calling ants "greedy" and in need of rigid population control.
